Justin Bieber gets angry and upset at fans who harass him at airport (video)

The Biebs gets frustrated when autograph hunting fans won’t leave him alone to surprise girlfriend Selena

Justin Bieber

This video makes us feel a little sad. 18-year-old Justin Bieber (aka The Most Famous Teenager in The World) was at Pearson International airport in Toronto waiting to surprise his equally famous girlfriend Selena Gomez when a bunch of fans surrounded him.

So far, so normal, right? Well, apparently even Justin can get a bit shattered and just want to chill out and wait for his lady love in peace and quiet. Considering he’s currently on a world tour and is pretty much the most fan-friendly pop star we’ve ever seen, we really feel for him. Particularly as he’s massively polite while telling them to bugger off and doesn’t scream or grab their phones and smash them on the floor.

In this video by Hollywood CIA, Bieber is seen posing for lots of pictures before (or after – it’s not clear from the way the clip is edited) getting a little miffed: “Do I not have any rights as a human being? Do I not have the right? I’m here waiting for my girlfriend, is that not okay?”

And when someone replies, “We’ve been waiting all day.” He says, “But I’m waiting too. I feel really disrespected. You say you’re my fans, but if you were really my fans you wouldn’t be doing this.”

Someone then says, “We’re tired though. You could be nicer about it,” Bieber replies, “But I’m tired too. I’ve had a long day too. I don’t have to be nicer about it. You guys are in my face.”

Someone says, “We’re sorry, we’re sorry. Justin no one would be offended if you just didn’t say anything. You know why you’re here.” And you can hear a girl talking to her friend in the background going, “I’m sorry – we are his fans.”

This absolutely proves why being famous isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. There you are, hoping to surprise your hot girlfriend after working a 17 hour day, you turn up at the airport, get manhandled by some fans who then give you loads of grief for not getting manhandled some more. And you explain very politely and in a really quite exhausted way why you might just like to be left alone FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE.

We feel for you, Biebs. And if it makes you feel any better we weren’t there at the airport.

Justin recently told OK! magazine why he reckons he’s a good boyfriend: “I can be kind and attentive and I have a lot of patience. And I like to surprise my girlfriend with nice things, romantic trips, such as a picnic or something.” Or turning up at the airport, eh?

“For girls, it’s much more important to be loved than to constantly get great gifts. Girls are very cuddly and affectionate, but so are boys.”

And he goes onto explain the ‘patience’ comment: “Girls usually need more time to get all their stuff together. It’s just like that. In every relationship the boy definitely has to wait more often for the girl than a girl has to wait for a boy. And yes, sometimes they can give you a headache.”

As can overeager fans.
