Katy Perry’s ex, Russell Brand isn’t the only one hooking up with high profile hotties – Katy was seen dining at LA’s Little Door restaurant with singer John Mayer.
The pair were seen together at the FYF festival on Saturday, where they watched Purity Ring, Sleigh Bells and M83.
They were rumoured to be dating up until the end of August, when John ended the relationship, allegedly leaving Katy hurt and angry.
John has dated a number of famous women including Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson and Taylor Swift. Katy was seen with her hand on John’s thigh – we’d know those sparkly fingernails anywhere!
Despite a restaurant staff member escorting them out separately, shielding them with his hands to protect them from photographers, it was impossible to disguise the fact that they were leaving together. They were later seen in John’s car, Katy keeping her head down as John reversed.
According to insiders at Radar Online, there was “major chemistry” between the pair. Although eyewitnesses detected “incredible animosity” after they bumped into each other at a mutual friend’s party a few days ago, they seem to be keen to relight the flame.
John’s romantic track record is shaky – Taylor Swift’s vitriolic ‘Dear John’ is believed to be an attack on the singer – but perhaps Katy could be the one to tame him? Watch this space…
