Kim Kardashian insists that she doesn’t count calories and if she has to succumb to a junk food craving she tries to pick a healthier option as “there’s no excuse for eating badly”.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is renowned for her womanly curves, and there’s not too many opportunities that Kim will waste when it comes to showing off her assets with pride, whether its a teeny weeny bikini or the tightest skirt known to man.
But how does she do it?
Well, according to Kim, she tries to hit the gym as much as possible to tone up but admits that she will never be “one of those skinny girls”.
According to Closer, the 31-year-old said: “I worked out a few years ago I was never going to be one of those skinny girls and now I’ve accepted my curvy shape, I feel so much better.
“But I still hit the gym most days to tone up. I used to eat a lot of junk food, but there are plenty of fast food places that offer healthy options, so there’s no excuse for eating badly all the time.”
Kim, who rarely cooks a meal at home as she’s often spotted heading to dinner with her family or beau Kanye West, added: “Although, when I go out for dinner, I eat what I want. You can’t spend your life worrying about calories.”
