While most mums-to-be shy away from form-fitting dresses (unless your name is Kim Kardashian), Halle Berry opted for the black, sheer lace dress for the premiere last night and showed off her growing tummy.

Halle walked the red carpet solo, but beamed as she posed for the cameras with a hand gently resting on her bump.

According to BBC News, Halle was talking in Rio de Janeiro, where she has been promoting her latest movie. “One thing is for sure, with another baby on the way mama cannot take time off,” she said.

Following the birth of her daughter Nahla, Halle took four years off to spend time with her baby. She also quite a movie role in 2011 due to a custody battle over Nahla with her Canadian model and former partner Gabriel Aubry.

Of her role as Storm, Halle told reporters that the white-haired X-Men might be a little restrained but hopes that the X-Men: Days of Future Past would be shot “around the bump”, but that the script will remain unaltered.

“Storm probably won’t be as badass as she was going to be because we won’t be able to do any fighting or flying or things like that,” she said. “She’ll be different than we originally planned her to be but I still think she’ll be an integral part of this new X-Men movie.”

In her new movie, The Call, Halle plays an emergency call attendant who tries to get a young caller away from a murderous serial killer.

“That woman on the other end of the phone was there to make sure that I did all the right things, to make sure that I was safe,” she said.

Where did that pop out from? Halle Berry is definitely expecting baby no. 2 (Wenn)
