Opted for a personalised present instead!
Marvin Humes decided against playing a prank on One Direction’s Niall Horan after he purchased his bachelor pad as a house-warming gift and instead gifted the singer a personalised present.
The JLS singer had considered leaving a “smelly gift of seafood” in the curtains of his North London pad, but opted for a cosy cushion instead.
“I got him a moving in present. It was a cushion with a picture of himself on it. Our management had One Direction cushions so I got a Niall face and left it in the house for him to see,” the hunky singer told The Mirror.
Showing what a good pal Marvin is, he even reportedly gave Niall a discounted “mates rate” on the swanky £2.2 million house.
Marvin decided to sell up after he got hitched to his now-wife Rochelle Wiseman.
The popstar husband and wife recently announced on Twitter that they are expecting their first child mid next year.
“Rochelle and I are SOOOOO excited to tell everyone that we are expecting our first baby!!! Its absolutely amazing! Baby is due middle of next year and all is great!! We are over the moon!” wrote Marvin.
While Rochelle posted an equally estatic message herself, writing:
“We have always dreamt of being parents and the news is the best early Christmas present we could have asked for. I know Marvin is going to be a great dad and we’re so excited to start a family. Thanks for all of your support and lots of love, Rochelle x.”
