Twitter goes into melt down over Olympic heroes rear
Looks like Pippa Middleton has lost her crown of favourite British bum, as Olympic gold medalist Jessica Ennis stole the show at the Sports Personality of The Year award last night in London in a figure hugging red Victoria Beckham dress.
The 26 year-old, who won heptathlon gold at the London Olypmic Games came second to Bradley Wiggins on the night, but no one was watching the cyclist as Jess got up to accept her award and showed off her pert derrriere.
Twitter immediately went into melt down with previous Pippa fans throwing her over in favour of Ennis, with one user writing: “Move over pippa @J_Ennis is now Queen of the bottom! #spoty.”
While another added: “Jessica Ennis’s bum deserves an award.”
Jess later tweeted her thanks to all her fans saying: “What a brilliant night! A huge honour to have come second! A year I’ll never forget!Thank you for all the support and votes!”
She collected her award from Pippa’s elder sister Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge who made her first public appearance since leaving hospital last week.
