The 24-year-old posted a photo of her new ink on Twitter. The tattoo, which can be seen above, is of a falcon whose wings are in an L shape.

She explained in the caption for the photo, “Falcon: a light that shines in the darkness! Never close their eyes during sleep.”

The tattoo was reportedly done by Bang Bang, according to Us Weekly. He is a New York-based artist who has done several of the singer’s tattoos in the past.

Rihanna has approximately 16 tattoos, including the word “Shhh” on her right forefinger, the phrase “Rebelle Fleur” on the left side of her neck and a cross on her left collarbone, which she had done in March.

Rihanna might also be sitting down for an interview with Oprah Winfrey soon, according to Winfrey’s Twitter page.

When a fan told Winfrey she should do Rihanna for her “Next Chapter” show, Winfrey replied, “She’s coming soon.”

She later added that it would be in August. However, it was unclear if the interview would be shot in August or air in August.

The singer recently filmed a role in the movie “The End of the World,” where she and other celebrities like Jonah Hill, Emma Watson and James Franco play themselves at a party at Franco’s house. During the festivities, the celebrities are faced with apocalypse.

Rihanna is also currently working on her seventh studio album.
