Sounds like Katy Perry and Rob Ackroyd are going to the next base in their relationship as he spills a bit of goss
Katy Perry was first spotted snuggling up to the rather strappingly huge (we love a tall man) Rob Ackroyd at Coachella Festival in April.
And she looked like she was having a totally carefree time flinging her arms round his neck and doing a fair amount of face sucking, much like a couple of teenagers.
But Katy had only split from husband Russell Brand four months before this and we assumed Florence and the Machine guitarist Rob was just a little rebound passion to help her get over her pretty sudden marriage split and subsequent heartbreak.
Or was it?
Despite living in different countries, Rob and Katy, it seems have maintained contact and when she was over in London recently, he made sure he showed her around.
“She loves London, so I’m just showing her the sights…” he told Heat mag. Oh yeah, we bet you did Rob, nudge nudge, wink wink (apologies for turning into someone’s dad there).
But he also spilled a bit of goss on the nature of their relationship too, saying: “She’s the real deal.”
When asked whether they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend or if it was purely ‘about sex’, he replied: “No, no, it’s not like that.
“Um, more like the other one…”
We have a big urge to do a little running man dance on the spot now, but we’ll restrain ourselves.
