Stars were having dinner in Hollywood
Just as John Mayer has slammed his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift for her ‘cheap’ lyrics, the pair nearly bumped into each other in Hollywood.
In what would’ve been an embarrassing scenario, both of the stars managed to miss each other while out with friends at the Tower Bar inside West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel.
The 22-year-old was slammed by her ex-lover, after he heard her track ‘Dear John’ which was reportedly written about him and their brief love affair.
Talking to Rolling Stone, the 34-year-old said that it was ”a really lousy thing” to do, ”cheap songwriting,” humiliating and ”bulls**t.”
According to reports, Taylor actually asked to be moved to the other side of the venue so that they avoided confrontation.
Page Six suggests that it was “drama central” after Taylor saw that her ex was having dinner with a friend nearby.
”Taylor very visibly — in front of the entire restaurant — demanded to be moved to the other side. The bar’s usually an oasis of calm and privacy for celebrities and power players, but this was drama central,” the source explained.
Also dining out that night, who were in the midst of “drama central” were Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Scarlett Johnasson and Sharon Stone.
