They’re young, they’re in love, they’re both in Paris and they’re both ready for a commitment. Why not make marriage the next step when they’ve proven their love can last?
Real life Breaking Dawn lovebirds Kristen Stewart, 21, and Robert Pattinson, 25, have known each other for over four years now and have been a devoted couple for about two years. There’s no reason that R-Patz shouldn’t propose marriage now to the woman he loves.
The pair is in Paris, the City of Love, and what be a better place for Rob to get down on his knees and slip a ring on Kristen’s finger? Her 22nd birthday is coming up on April 21st and so wouldn’t an engagement ring be a perfect birthday gift?
Why not propose, Robert ? Why shouldn’t the pair who are reportedly “madly in love” take the next step and get engaged? Just like Edward Cullen, the romantic vampire Rob plays in the Twilight film series, Robert Pattinson is totally devoted to the one woman he adores, his real-life Bella, Kristen Stewart.
Rob has never ever been seen flirting, let alone seriously looking at another woman, besides his K-Stew. Insiders have repeatedly told us that Rob would never cheat on Kristen in a million years, that the pair is totally devoted to each other, and that they have great times together.
The pair have so much in common, aside from their history together as an enternal couple, Edward and Bella in the Twilight film series. Of course, they both love acting and like to vary their movie projects between bigtime feature films and small, independent projects, both are extremely close to their families, both have refused to be affected by their mega-salaries and mega-fame. Both have chosen to continue to lead very low-key, frugal lives, both prefer vintage clothing and furniture, both love and appreciate their fans, both become good friends with co-stars and continue to hang out with old friends, and both go out of the way to visit each other on set when work forces them to be apart.
Aside from this — the pair each has parents who are happily married after many, many years and therefore have excellent romantic relationship role models.
Rob has talked about how his own parents Clare and Richard Pattinson who met and married young, have remained happily married until this day. He’s also said that he doesn’t understand why men cheat, and that he believes in monogamy. It’s as if he’s readying his fans and Kristen for his marriage proposal. He’s letting them know that he’s serious about lifelong love.
While Kristen has said little about love, her actions speak louder than words. She went with her dad to buy a super-special guitar from Norman’s Rare Guitars in LA, as a Christmas gift for musical Rob. And she once flew all the way from L.A. to Toronto where Rob was filming Cosmopolis and sat in his trailer while he worked until 4 a.m. just so she could see him.
This pair is young, but very mature and there’s no reason that they shouldn’t commit to a future together. Life is long, but its not that long. Why shouldn’t they start enjoying it totally together?
When you’re madly, truly and deeply in love — even a hundred years together wouldn’t be enough. Edward and Bella knew that. I bet Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart know it, too!
