U.S. House, Virginia’s 8th Congressional District
Seven candidates are running in Tuesday’s Democratic primary to succeed longtime Rep. Jim Moran, who is retiring. Because the district is heavily Democratic, the winner of the primary will probably be the next member of Congress from the area.
