Leaky Roof

The minute you see any moisture accumulate on the roof, make a call. Have an expert come out and inspect the area. Discoloration and water damage on the ceiling are clear indications something bad could happen. Roof repairs are expensive, so keep up with your maintenance to prevent a pricey bill.

Try to avoid immediate repairs altogether and have the roof inspected twice a year—preferably every six months.

Burst Pipe
