That’s a lot of hair!
Whenever we see Nicki Minaj, she’s always
got a different hairstyle going on. Whether it’s a colour or different cut, it’s rarely ever the same and now the rapper has confessed to owning a 1000 different wigs.
The ‘Super Bass’ hitmaker admitted that her hairdresser has a special room for her hair pieces and will probably need a bigger place.
Talking on this morning’s Lorraine, Nicki said: “I probably have a thousand now. My hairdresser has a room designated to just my wigs. He needs like a mansion now because my wigs are taking over his life.”
Nicki also attributed her “fearless” attitude to her upbringing, and said that she never wanted to have to rely on a man in her life.
“I’m not always confident in everything that I do or say or whatever, but my upbringing
has just made me feel like I never want to depend on a man, I always want to be ambitious, so that definitely came from my upbringing.”
But while Nicki might come across as having the time of her life being a global superstar, it’s not all as fun as it seems. “It’s a lot of work, a lot of sleepless nights. It’s almost like running a big top-notch company,” she explained.
