Kate Middleton’s Diet Guru Pierre Dukan Could Be Struck Off Over Bad Diet Advice For Teens

It was ‘dangerous’…

Kate Middleton and her mother Carole Middleton, who have both used the Dukan diet, will be shocked to learn that diet guru Pierre Dukan might be struck off as a doctor in France after giving “dangerous” food advice to young adults.

Earlier this week the nutritionist was accused of breaching medical ethics by saying in January that slimmer pupils should be given higher exam marks than their heavier peers.

According to the MailOnline, Dukan said that pupils should be able to opt for an exam called “ideal weight”, which they should just get pass if they’re thin enough.

In his mind, they could then earn extra marks in their Baccalaureate, which is the French equivalent of A-levels, which pupils take at the age of 17.

Now the French College of Physicians filed a complaint against Dr Dukan, who is behind the controversial, yet popular, Dukan Diet. They said that it was because of his “remarks which could harm teenagers already struggling with obesity or anorexia”.

Stars who have adopted the Dukan diet, include Jennifer Lopez, Gisele Bundchen and Dancing With The Stars contestant Katherine Jenkins.

Even Dukan admitted that the success was partly down to the Middletons, who have all allegedly tried to diet. He attributed the success to two factors, as he said: “It works, and Carole Middleton.”

Well, doesn’t look like Kate needs the Dukan anymore!
