With reports claiming that she and her beau Kanye West are going to swap rings in a commitment ceremony, Kim Kardashian has insisted that she’s not rushing down the aisle just yet!
Appearing on the Today show, the mum-to-be was asked about her current status in her divorce trial with estranged husband Kris Humphries. Responding: “It’s a process, and, um, you know, it’s happening hopefully.”
However a divorce won’t mean another marriage straight away as Kim stated that whilst the talk of marriage has cropped up in conversation between her and Kanye, she said they are “focusing on the baby”, before adding that she’s “so content with how things are right now. And how life is and we’re so happy. We definitely want that in the future, but I’m not in a rush.”
Dodging the question by Savannah Guthrie about whether her pregnancy was a surprise, Kim who revealed: “I’m due in July”, earlier in the interview said:
“It was a happy, I think you’ll see in the show, (her sister) Khloe was always open about her fertility issues and I was always kind of quiet about mine and I have similar issues so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and the opposite happens.”
“I think it’s just such a blessing knowing my circumstances, which you’ll all find out about,” she said.
And it looks like we could be seeing Kimmy as her journey into motherhood after a source alleged to Us Weekly that Kanye would support Kim if she decided to return to reality TV.
They claimed: “Kanye said it’s up to her if she wants to stay on the shows. Whatever makes her happy, but he can take care of them.”
