Kim Kardashian’s lovelife is getting pretty messy…
Kris Humphries has reportedly requested that Kim Kardashian’s new squeeze, Kanye West, apprears in court for the former couple’s divorce proceedings.
Now THAT’S gonna be awkward, isn’t it?
After Kim Kardashian issued Kris’ ex girlfriend Myla Sinanaj with a subpoena, Kris is now looking to serve Kanye West with one, forcing the rapper to appear in divorce court.
Childish? Maybe. But it could be a very clever way for Kris to build up his case of fraud against Kimmy K.
A friend of Kris’ revealed to Perez Hilton that Kim’s ex-hubby is hoping to use Kanye against the Kardashian in court:
“It’s a possibility. Since Kanye is so involved in Kim’s life now and has been featured on the Kardashians’ shows, he could be deposed to help Kris’ fraud case against Kim. Kanye won’t be happy!”
We already know that Kris’ lawyers are planning on using Kim’s recent interview with Oprah as evidence in court (most notably, the bit where she mentioned mother Kris Jenner gave her a get-outta-wedding-free card) and now the spurned hubby is hoping to force Kanye into revealing if scenes in ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ are scripted.
Not to mention whether or not Kanye was already with Kim when she was still, officially, dating Kris. Yikes!
We can already picture Kanye West giving the divorce court judge his infamous “Imma let you finish…” speech now.
