Rihanna has returned to number one in the album chart with her sixth release Talk That Talk, climbing from number four.
The album has been in the chart for 38 weeks and went to the top when first out in November last year.
It features guest producers including rapper Jay Z and former boyfriend Chris Brown.
Rihanna toppled teenage pop star Conor Maynard’s debut album Contrast – which fell from the top spot to number six.
Maynard didn’t fare much better in the singles chart where his track Vegas Girl fell 10 places to number 19, according to the Official UK Charts Company.
Plan B stayed at number two in the album chart with Ill Manors, the soundtrack to his crime drama movie of the same name.
Maroon 5 climbed one place to number three with their fourth album Overexposure. Emeli Sande’s Our Version Of Events was at number four.
Paloma Faith’s Fall To Grace climbed 11 places to number five.
In the singles chart, grime star Wiley held on to the number one position for a second week with Heatwave. The track is Wiley’s first UK solo number one.
Calvin Harris also enjoyed a second week at number two with his track We’ll Be Coming Back, featuring Example.
High position new entries included Lawson with Taking Over Me at number three, their second top five hit of 2012, and DJ-Redlight went in at number five with Lost In Your Love.
Florence and the Machine slipped one place to number four with Spectrum.
