Couple reunited in South of France, ‘addicted’ to each other
Rihanna has reportedly spent the evening with former flame Chris Brown after the former couple were reunited in the South of France. The ‘Yeah X3’ star arrived in St Tropez on Sunday (July 21) where Rihanna is currently partying on her own private yacht.
While a rep for the star has denied that Chris is in the area to see the singer, sources have claimed that they are indeed “hooking up” and while not on the same boat are in the same area.
According to insiders the star, along with Ludacris and producer Swizz Beatz decided to fly out to see the ‘We Found Love’ star after hearing that she was being joined by another rumoured lover and Chris’ nemesis Drake who is currently touring Europe.
On Sunday night he tweeted a picture of himself boarding a helicopter and later confirmed that he had “touched down” on a yacht, sending speculation into overdrive over the former couple’s reunion.
While Brown claims to be in the area to film a music video, it seems the location is no coincidence and is just an excuse to get close to Riri. It also comes only a week after rumours that he and girlfriend Karrueche Tran have ended their relationship.
A source told The Sun: “Chris is staying on the yacht next to Rihanna’s. He’s got rappers Swizz Beatz and Ludacris with him and they’ve decided to film a music video too.
“It was a last-minute trip, but Chris wanted to see Rihanna. They have this weird addiction to each other and can’t seem to stay away.
According to the insider the singer was over-joyed that her on-off lover had flown half-way across the world to see her.
“She was really happy when he arrived. She spent all evening getting ready to see him. They waited till night so no one saw them,” the source revealed.
They added: “She went to his yacht, which they moved to a secluded bay. They’ve been through a lot, but still have strong feelings for each other.”
But a rep has completely denied that the trip has a “Rihanna connection” quite a coincidence though isn’t it?
They told X17Online: “CB is in France to shoot a music video for Swizz Beatz album and Ludacris is in it. It’s Swizz’s song.
“Karrueche is there with him…They never broke up. He is not on her (Rihanna’s) yacht. There is no Rihanna connection.”
