Rihanna may be the hottest popstar in the world right now, but she still has days off from her high-maintenance lifestyle.
The party girl thought she’d have a day to herself as she stepped out in Soho, Manhattan with friends for a girly day of shopping, and everyone knows the secret to a good shopping spree is comfy shoes.
The 24-year-old We Found Love singer channelled her inner rock chick in a practical pair of high top black classic Converse, and softened the look with a girly pastel pink pleated dress and a crop top.
Despite the clash of cultures, Rihanna worked the casual daytime look and strutted her stuff through NYC all geared up for her spending trip. We hope she found some good buys!
And the star covered her shoulders in a cosy yet cool oversized grey hoody teamed with a black shoulder back – we think she looked pretty effortlessly chic.
Rihanna also thought she’d let her skin have a break from the stage make-up with a minimal base and just some mascara to add definition to her lashes – much more suited to her age. She got rid of the hairstylist for the day, too.
The star felt a bit proud of her mash up outfit and even tweeted a picture of it with the caption: ”#mfphotography my BFF @mforde11 aka M$$.”
