When mysterious pictures of Justin Bieber holding something that looked like a joint emerged on TMZ on Friday , we never dreamed that the star would speak out about the claims.

And he hasn’t. Not directly, anyway. However, Justin did write a series of emotional tweets a few hours after the photos hit the internet, with the singer revealing that he was ‘growing’, ‘learning’ and didn’t want to ‘let any of you down’.

Following the US website’s allegations that Justin smoked weed at a New Year’s Eve party, he logged onto the website and had a share about his feelings and what not.

He said: ‘Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better. U get knocked down, u get up.

‘I see all of u. I hear all of u. I never want to let any of you down. I love u.’

Who, us? Why thank you. We like you a sufficient amount too.

Justin continued: ‘Like i said…2013…new challenges. new doubters… I’m ready. We are ready. see u all tomorrow and everyday after that.’

Every day after that? We know you love us, but we’re not sure we’re ready for that kind of commitment.
