According to a lawsuit obtained by E! News, a neighbor of Valderrama’s filed a complaint Tuesday alleging that “loud and disturbing noises” have been heard coming from the actor’s Tarzana home.

The suit claims that noise from parties, vehicles and barking dogs have led to mental, physical and nervous pain. The plaintiff is seeking monetary damages and an injunction prohibiting loud noise.

The suit also claims that the neighbor, identified as Baruch Eichenbaum, has called the police on Valderrama, sent him letters and called him multiple times, to no avail.

Team Valderrama remains mum on the complaint for now.

Since the end of his time on “That ’70s Show,” Valderrama has kept a low profile, though he reemerged on the short-lived NBC series “Awake” this year, which was canceled after one season.

Valderrama recently told the Huffington Post that during his time out of the spotlight, “I grew up a little bit and matured. I feel like at the beginning of your career, you feel like you haven’t figured anything out.”

He added that he’s working on a bilingual music album.
