Bobby Brown – you’re more interested in turning your ex-wife Whitney Houston’s death, into a PR event for yourself, than in truly comforting and guiding your daughter in need.
Bobby Brown — when you showed up with an entourage of nine people at Whitney Houston‘s funeral, Sat, Feb, 18, when you were only invited to come with two guests, you knew that you were asking for trouble.
You knew that trying to bring in seven uninvited people to the funeral would create a drama that would get you attention. You weren’t admitted to the funeral; with your seven extra guests. You were told that you were welcome to stay but with just two.
Instead of sending the extra seven away, you acted deeply offended and you left with a big harrumph as if you’d been so hard done by.
It’s obvious, that if you truly cared about your daughter Bobbi Kristina‘s mental health, nothing would have been more important to you than to be there to give her much-needed support. Any normal loving father, would have walked over hot coals to be there for his daughter to hug, hold her hand, give her tissues for her tears, and actually physically hold her up as she mourned her beloved mother.
But no- that’s not what you did. Being a selfless unconditionally-loving dad- someone she could count on through thick and thin, was NOT on your agenda at Whitney’s funeral.
The truth is that you’ve had an AGENDA. An agenda to seek attention by appearing slighted, because your uninvited entourage was not admitted to the funeral. Your love for Bobbi Kristina was conditional on you being admitted with an entourage. Your ego and your entourage were your priority – not your grief-stricken daughter.
You’ve already left Bobbi Kristina with a legacy of drug addiction for the rest of her life, as well as a legacy of dysfunction.You and Whitney raised her in such a dysfunctional family filled with fighting and drug abuse, that it’s no wonder that she has no sense of stability or a set of coping skills. There are even reports that she has herself been caught using drugs since her mothers’ death, which was likely a result of a drug overdose!
I t couldn’t be a sadder situation.
But saddest of all is that the one parent Bobbi Kristina has left is as selfish as you are Bobby.
Bobby, you can take your entourage and stuff it, and stay far away from Bobbi Kristina who hopefully will now be raised with stability and unconditional love by her grandmother Cissy Houston. She deserves no less.
