ketchup sandwiches (that’s what we did when we had babysitters)
Beyonce and
Jay-Z went out to see the ‘Knicks’ last night. Now we’ve just looked up what these so-called Knicks are, as our only
knowledge of them was that Joey Tribbiani used to talk about them on Friends (and still does if you have the Comedy channel),
and it turns out that they are a basketball team.
Now we’re all for making an effort no matter what the occasion, but
this outfit Beyonce’s got on? This is seriously wasted for the basketball. Jay-Z had better be taking her to Nobu and buying
her champagne later on.
That would make tottering over the puddles in her heels worthwhile, because look
– there’s a chance her shoes or those lovely trousers (seriously, where can we get some of these? Style Editor Gilly?) got a
bit wet and that would have been a bleedin’ travesty.
Beyonce and Jay-Z weren’t the only ones at the basketball last
night – David Beckham
was there with his third, and arguably his most fun, son, seven-year-old Cruz.
Neither of them were wearing orange
heels though. Well, not in the pictures we saw.
