again proved she is a thrifty royal as the brunette recycled a navy lace dress for the wedding of a close friend over the
weekend.

The 30 year-old was joined by sister
Pippa and her husband Prince William on the eve of their own wedding anniversary at the nuptials of school friend Hannah
Gillingham in Suffolk on Saturday.
Looking understated but stylish Kate wore a blue fascinator and gold belt with the
lace Erdem dress that she first wore last year during the royal tour to Canada.
Little sister Pippa also won in the
style stakes wearing a gold layered gown from Project D and elegant navy coat. She teamed her outfit with a eye-catching
fascinator covered in gold butterflies that was sure to get her some attention.
It was a very different affair from
one year ago where two billion people watched the royal couple tie the knot and ogled the chief bridesmaid. But there was no
spotlight stealing this weekend as party planner Pippa kept her famous derrière under wraps.
