RiRi looked so feminine, channeling an ’80s prom queen in her full frock — we
loved seeing this girly look on the star! Rihanna really classed it up on the red carpet!
Whether she’s
stepping out in an edgy look sans pants or getting all glam, Rihanna does manage to pull off practically everything, and once she commits to a look
she really owns it — and that’s exactly what she did at the Time 100 Gala in NYC on Apr. 24. Clad in a strapless
fuchsia frock from the Marchesa Resort 2012 collection, the star looked feminine and pretty.
While something about the
voluminous skirt and the vibrant hue reminds me of a prom queen, this dress was still one of my favorite looks from the
collection — and I think RiRi has just the right amount of edge to totally rock the look without it seeming to sweet or
costume-y.
Simple black Christian Louboutin pumps and Wilfredo Rosado jewels completed the ensemble.
